What is Chanko Nabe?

It is a pot dish that is eaten daily in the sumo room. Originally, "chanko" refers to all home-cooked dishes made by " chanko-ban " wrestlers in the sumo room, but the most widely known of these is "chanko-nabe," which refers to all hot pot dishes.
